Pork Schnitzel with Onions, This is an old family recipe that’s simple but so delicious., I would give this recipe more than five stars if I could. It was simply delicious and so easy to make. used garlic salt in place of regular salt and lightly coated the chops in flour before dredging in the egg as some of the other reviewers had done so that the breading would stick better. Also, used Italian bread crumbs because that’s what I already had on hand. The only thing I will do differently next time is double the recipe because my family is already begging for more.
