Pork Steak,My husband LOVES this pork steak. It is fork tender, tasty & easy to make.,I was just a tiny bit worried about how this was going to come out. Most of the reviews were great but a few had some rough things to say about this recipe. Good thing I listened to the good ones. This came out great. The meat is so tender and cooked just the way we like it. I made extra mushroom and onion sauce so I can use it on the salsbury steaks we’re having later in the week.,I tried this recipe today minus the mushrooms; my family and I loved it!
