Pork Tenderloin With Gravy, My family loves this quick and easy meal It is easy to double if needed , I was unsure of trying this because I was afraid it would dry out the pork but it didn’t The gravy thickened much quicker than I expected so I added more water, perhaps another cup used red wine vinegar and no mushrooms The pork was tender and juicy and the gravy was very good I thinned it too much this time but will be more careful next time Very nice recipe and so quick , This is certainly the easy quick-fix that all the reviewers have bragged on and it was ideal w/mashed potatoes and buttered carrots It is tasty, ingredient-friendly and family-friendly — even easier for me as used canned mushrooms It was a bit salty for us, but that is clearly a matter of personal preference The gravy is a nice change of pace that you do not get w/a roasted or grilled tenderloin Thx for sharing this recipe w/us
