Portuguese Garlic Dip

    I made this dip. I would recommend that the garlic be minced as per the recipe and not put thru a garlic press. The garlic was way too strong for me using the garlic press. I'm making it today with minced garlic which should be much better. 4 stars only because I need to determine how to handle the garlic. Potential 5 star recipe.
