Portuguese Garlic Dip, This came from 100 Portuguese Food Recipes I haven’t tried this, posting for safe keeping , I made this dip I would recommend that the garlic be minced as per the recipe and not put thru a garlic press The garlic was way too strong for me using the garlic press I’m making it today with minced garlic which should be much better 4 stars only because I need to determine how to handle the garlic Potential 5 star recipe , This came from 100 Portuguese Food Recipes I haven’t tried this, posting for safe keeping
