Portuguese-Style Baked Fish,My mom makes this and its also very common in the Portuguese restaurants of SE New England. This is fantastic with spaghetti and even better with roasted potatoes.,Great combination of flavors. I loved the baked, sliced lemon in it and would never have put cumin, oregano and rosemary together, but love them all, and it works! I made it as per the recipe and served with boiled new potatoes in their skins dressed with olive oil and salt. Different and delicous.,This was a nice combination of flavors and textures, but a big downside that I encountered is that the lemon skin bitters the entire dish. The slices of lemon look very nice on top of the fish, but they sure leave a bitter aftertaste. I will make this again, but this time I’ll skin the lemons.
