Directions
Pot Roast, , When my family saw that I was making a roast, nobody was thrilled. However, once served, EVERYONE came back for seconds and thirds!! I have been given the “family approval” to make this again. HaHa. I took the suggestion of another reviewer and made a beef barley soup with the leftovers wasn’t much, and the flavor of this roast really pulled through in the soup too! The ONLY thing I did differently from the recipe was I sauted the onion and celery with 2 cloves finely chopped garlic., Awesome. It made the house smell wonderful. My BF ate 3 servings :- Thank you.
