Wash and Peel the Carrots and Potatoes. Cook Separately in Boiling Water Until Tender. Dice and Put Into a Bowl; Set Aside. in Blender, Liquify Tomatoes, Oregano Jalapeos, and Salt. Add to Carrot and Potato Mixture Along With the Orange Juice. |
