Potato Baskets with Mushroom& Thyme Filling, Great potato recipe for yal veggies and veggie-wanna-be (like myself) I made this for my brother who rarely eats anything without red meat He later asked me for the recipe Serve this a red beet salad, and you’ve got yourself a healthy and hearty meal , These were very good! I didn’t have yukon golds or celery root, so I substituted Idahoes and one rib of celery for the root It worked very well It’s so nice to have another way to make a potato side dish Thanks for sharing!, Great potato recipe for yal veggies and veggie-wanna-be (like myself) I made this for my brother who rarely eats anything without red meat He later asked me for the recipe Serve this a red beet salad, and you’ve got yourself a healthy and hearty meal
