    In 12-Inch Nonstick Skillet Cook Bacon Over Medium Heat Until Crisp. Remove Bacon to Paper Towels to Drain. Pour Off All but 1 Tablespoon Drippings. Add Simply Potatoes to Skillet. Cover; Cook 12 to 14 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally, Until Simply Potatoes Are Tender and Browned. Fill Lettuce Leaves With Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Bacon; Drizzle With Dressing. Makes 8 Wraps.
