    This is absolutely delicious! Everybody loved it at this year's Pesach dinner, including my picky toddler. used maybe 3/4 regular potatoes and 1/4 yams, and I substituted a homemade gluten-free flour blend for the matzo meal. Otherwise, I followed it to a T. It was awesome, and I will definitely make this again!
