Potato Casserole With Corn Flakes, This is a recipe that my grandma made at all our family dinners I can’t eat it and not think of her! It is yummy and everyone can’t help but love the taste!, I love this recipe! I didn’t have regular potatoes on hand so used a bag of the ones with the peppers and onions mixed in Also threw in some leftover bacon Next time I will probably cut down on the amount of liquid, it did come out a little runny (but I don’t think I thawed out the potatoes so there ya go!), This recipe was also handed down by my grandmother My family of 6 loves it My grandmothers recipe called for a 1/4 cup of milk and to make the cornflake mixture with butter onto the potatoes the last 15 mins of baking time Perfect every time
