    I love this recipe! I didn't have regular potatoes on hand...so used a bag of the ones with the peppers and onions mixed in. Also threw in some leftover bacon. Next time I will probably cut down on the amount of liquid, it did come out a little runny (but I don't think I thawed out the potatoes...so there ya go!)

It is yummy and everyone can’t help but love the taste!, I love this recipe!     Combine Potatoes, Melted Butter, Salt and Pepper.
