Potato, Onion & Tomato Bake, A fabulous twist to scalloped potatoes, this is the only way I like tomatoes hot – I’m referring to the temperature!, I like this a lot Delicious So easy used waxy potatoes like yukon gold and did not peel them nor the tomatoes I didn’t have any cream so used sour cream , So yummy! I did use a tbsp of flour to ensure it wasn’t too runny, and instead of cheese used some cheez-it crackers, crumbled on top (I had a snack bag of them I needed to get rid of!) Thanks for posting!
