    This is a very good mac and cheese recipe but I thought the directions were a bit odd. I put the mustard and hot water in a large mixing bowl. Stirred in the salt, whisked in the egg then added the milk and beat some more till well blended. Stirred in all the grated cheese. When the macaroni was done, poured it into a small colander then let the butter melt into the drained macaroni. Poured the macaroni into the bowl and stirred to mix. Placed into an 8x8 baking dish and sprinkled 3 Tbs of panko crumbs on top. Came out great.
