Puerto Rican Adobo Marinade

    Made this in conjunction with Recipe #315833. This marinade smelled so lovely and fresh when I mixed it up. I did use the Mexican oregano, since I found it at the farmer's market. I liked the combination of the parsley and oregano. My BF thought the oregano taste was overwhelming to his taste buds... but ate all his chicken none the less! I think I may try marinating chicken quarters and then grilling one day. Thanks for posting!!!

    Puerto Rican Adobo Marinade,This recipe is used in conjunction with my Recipe #315833. The Adobo Marinade is used to marinate the chicken overnight to impart a true Puerto Rican flavor and make the chicken very tender and juicy.,Made this in conjunction with Recipe #315833.
