Pumpkin Cake Bars With Cream Cheese Frosting!,I love pumpkin bars all year long, and these ones take the cake! Moist, delicious, and perfect everytime. Everyone asks for the recipe after they’ve tried them!,I made the cake using the pumpkin pie spice recommended by another reviewer and it is so good. That was the only change I made. My husband loves it. It tastes like autumn. It is smooth and rich. Highly recommend your recipe for a delicious cake.,This was delicious and a big hit at my house as well as extended family. Definitely will be making this again…..and again. I think I just found a new Christmas cake recipe. I followed the recipe as stated except for the spices (we like nutmeg) and the frosting (used the recipe Ive used previously). Changes: – Replaced the cinnamon with 1 Tsp cinnamon, 1-1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ginger. – Icing. 8oz cream cheese, 1 c powdered sugar, 3 T butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla, coffee cream as needed….used a little over 1 tsp this time.
