Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Features:
    Cuisine:

Family loves these! Made a half recipe with homemade butternut squash puree instead of canned pumpkin. Also subbed half the oil with homemade sugarless applesauce and used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Used mini chocolate chips. Got 18 muffins. Baked them for 18 minutes, but I think 16 minutes would have been fine. Cooled the muffins in the tins for 10 minutes, then turned them out to a cooling rack.
