This is a African recipe You may use the caramel sauce or use cinnamon and confectioners’ sugar instead I think the caramel sauce just makes it perfect though! Some of the amounts need to be converted but it is quite easy to do Enjoy! 8), Self-raising flour instead of flour and BP And needed a but mire than the recipe states, Fritters themselves where very good but the sauce was a disaster After boiling for an hour all I had was very sweet milk Eventually used it to make milk tart Found a different recipe to use for the sauce
