Pumpkin Macaroons,The pecans and maple syrup add a very nice touch. This is a traditional Jewish Sephardic recipe.,used sweetened coconut(thats what I had at hand)and added chocolate chips. I served them on Thanksgiving,everyone had to try them and they came out great!
