Pumpkin Pie Dip

    I made this to take to a pot luck lunch at work. It's the first time I've come home with a container that's almost as full as it was when I brought it. I served it with green and red apple slices, graham crackers and fresh pineapple. I have to admit, I really didn't care for it when I tried it myself, and I typically like most things pumpkin. My daughter thought it was okay though.

    Pumpkin Pie Dip,This is different and really delicious. Great for Fall parties.,I made this to take to a pot luck lunch at work. It’s the first time I’ve come home with a container that’s almost as full as it was when I brought it. I served it with green and red apple slices, graham crackers and fresh pineapple. I have to admit, I really didn’t care for it when I tried it myself, and I typically like most things pumpkin. My daughter thought it was okay though.,I’ve made this several times and it is always a hit. Besides the apple slices and gingersnap cookies, I also provide fresh pineapple chunks. Most of the guests liked that and the gingersnaps the best. I made mine with the pumpkin pie mix.
