Quick And Easy Chocolate Toffee Cookies

Features:
    Cuisine:

Oh yum yum yum?perfect?mmmm?mmmm?.can?t talk?.snarfing cookies?

Well, as you can guess, I really liked how these turned out:

I baked them so they?d be on the crispier side, and even tho the homemade toffee chips used melted mostly away, they were EXACTLY what I was looking for. I don?t have a sweet tooth, but wow these were sooo good, can?t eat just one. Oy Oy!!!

I saw also that they seemed to be on the oily side, but after they cooled off, that effect seemed to disappear. Must make these again soooon...there isn't much left of the batch I just made!

I swapped out the full amount of oil for fat-free vanilla yogurt and cannot imagine these tasting better even with all that fat! For the last pan, I decided to add some chocolate chips, in addition to the toffee bits These were the favorites from all taste testers here So quick, so easy, so positively delicious! Thanks!
