Quick And Easy Guacamole

    Very quick easy guacamole. As the last reviewer noted, I went easy on the salt and probably could have went without any since the garlic salt adds plenty of saltiness. Since it was just my DH and I eating I made 1/6 of the recipe and used 1 avocado and 1/4 cup of salsa. Probably won't make this one again... it was just ok. I give it 3 stars because it was ready in under 5 minutes. Made for PAC Spring 2008.

    Using a Big Bowl, Cut Six Avodcadoes and Mash Them Up.

    Add in 1 Cup of Salsa and Mix Both Ingrediants.
