    Love the idea of adding tomato to raita. Served with Uncle Bill's Barbecue Tandoori Chicken (Recipe #63800), but this would be great as a complement to any curry. I have 2 family members who don't like raw onion, so I substituted chopped scallions (green stalks only).

    Mix in the Yogurt, Starting With Half a Cup, and Add More If Necessary. Salt It to Your Liking and Let It Sit in the Refrigerator For at Least 30 Minutes to Get the Best Flavour Out of Your Raita.
