Quick Baked Potatoes,Super quick method for baked potatoes.,We microwaved for 8 and baked for 15, with an oven thermometer, at the suggested temperatures. Our potatoes were these shriveled up little somethings…looks like they lost half their volume. Definitely not edible. I still gave it a 3, because it *does* work, but since I couldn’t eat them – lol – hard to rate better than that. I think it’s a matter of defining “large” potato.,Can someone help me with this recipe? i followed it and my baked potato came up all messed up
