    Heat the Olive Oil in a Large Casserole and Fry the Onion For Five Minutes, Add the Garlic and Tagine or Harissa Paste, and Stir. Add the Cauliflower, Potato, Olives and Raising, and 500ml (17fl Oz) of Water.
