Quick Chinese Noodles

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was a big hit. I had ground pork to use up. I had to substitute based on what I had one hand for the rice wine used rice vinegar and for the hoisin sauce used trader joe's 5 spice chinese sauce. I couldn't find red pepper paste at the market so ended up using a red hot jalepeno sauce. For the noodles used Udon noodles which were awesome. Going to try with some beef either ground or a lean thin sliced steak.
