Quick Creamy Broccoli Soup

Features:
    Cuisine:

Simple and tasty! used lower sodium chicken broth (2 cups), 1 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp basil, a couple of generous shakes of cayenne, and it turned out very good. It does need a lot more than 1/4 tsp salt. I recommend making 1-1/2 or double the recipe because it doesn't make a lot.
