Quick Curried Pork Chops,Easy and tasty pork chops. Quick enough to make in the 20 minutes it takes rice to cook.,Fantastic recipe! used eggplant and onion instead of apple, and was incredible dinner. A keeper!,Delicious! I was skeptical but the apples MAKE the dish. Easy, quick, and my family (including my 3 year old) loved it. No tweaks needed. Thanks for sharing! I’m making it for the second time tonight!
