Quick n Easy Quiche Crust, Need a fast, flaky crust? This delicious recipe is so much cheaper than ready-made pie crusts! High altitude tested , Can you add cream to this pastry , for the quiche?, I doubled this recipe to fill a 9×15 pan and it was perfect Put the whole quiche in the fridge for the next day after cooking, and it was delicious and crust was unbelievably flakey I wonder if those who are saying this has more of a pizza dough consistency need to add a little less water?
