Directions
Quick pasta for one, yes…I’m a garlic fan… this is pasta, oil and garlic, very simple, very tasty… try it :, I added sun dried tomatoes and a pinch of bukovo seeds instead of pepper. It turned out to be one of my favourite 20-min-dishes. I want to point out that when we use the pan we need to just heat it at a low temperature cause if you fried it, the flavor of the garlic will be replaced by a bitter “burn” odour. Enjoy! :D, I always ordered this in my favorite neighborhood “family” bar/Italian restaurant which recently closed after 80 years in business boo-hoo. Now I have the recipe to make it for myself! I always called it Pasta “ollie-o-lee-o”. Very easy to make as posted, and I added a few sprinkles of Parmesan to my plate as I always did. Thanks for posting Samuel. Made for When It’s Hot Tag Game.
