Quick Yeast Bread, If you don’t have a bread machine, this is the easiest yeast dough recipe by far There is no overbearing yeast flavour and it is a good dense bread Please note: time to make includes rising time , This was the easiest and quickest bread recipe that I have found I found that around 25-30 minutes was perfect for bake time I also brushed the bread with butter before and after baking This made one loaf and around 8 buns I baked the buns in a glass baking dish and this produced buns with a nice light crispy texture on the top and bottoms! They were delicious as a burger bun!, It’s good but to me it needs more salt (and I’m not a big salt user) Then if I had baked at 400 for 40 minutes I would have had a loaf of toast I baked at 375 for about 23 minutes, used thermometer and my bread was at 190 degrees, which is well done bread temperature
