Quincy Jones Ribs, My sister saw this on an Oprah show and everytime she makes them everyone drools! A different kind of rib as they are not saucy and sticky with BBQ sauce Very yummy nonetheless and slightly different than other ribs by the same name , This recipe is missing two main ingredients from the original recipe Mix the black pepper with one teaspoon of Accent and two teaspoons of SPIKE Original Seasonings Spike is a mixture of over 30 spices and is a must for these ribs to soak in ALL those flavors This is a five-star recipe when made with these two must-haves Do NOT use Lawrys seasoning salt!!! You can find Spike for sale on Amazon Accent is at any grocery store Look up the original Quincy Jones recipe and you will see this is what he uses We make these ribs often and we are making them now We use the accent and Spike and these two ingredients are the reasons why these ribs turn out to be Five Stars every time!!, I first saw these on the Oprah show when she introduced them They are so delicious! I have seen many variations of this recipe I wrap my ribs individually with the rub and peppers I unwrap after marinating time and cook in open pans They still turn out fabulous! Next time I will try keeping them covered
