Quinoa Greek Salad,I got this recipe from a co worker after having it at a potluck.,This is a good and adaptable basic recipe and the amounts of vegetables can be what you prefer. I added more of all, and of the olives. Next time, just for fun, I think I will sub in couscous for the quinoa.,Very good. Changed from quinoa to orzo, used kalamata instead of black olives and added shrimp.
