    Quinoa Greek Salad, I got this recipe from a co worker after having it at a potluck , Excellent! easy to make or adapt to what is on hand including the idea for kalamatas olives Yum! Used sliced chicken/apple sausage links as its side Very good!!!, Fantastic recipe! Halved it and used kalamatas instead of black olives but otherwise changed nothing and it turned out great This was a perfect side for some baked chicken on a hot late-summer early-fall day
