in an Ungreased 1.5-Quart Baking Dish (i Like to Use a Deep 10" Round Pan), Blend All the Batter Ingredients Together. |

Add the Veggies and Fully Blend. |

Dice the Onion Into Thin 1" Curls. |

Mix the Breadcrumbs and Seasoned Salt Together in a Bowl. Coat the Onion Pieces. |

Fry the Onion Pieces in the Canola Oil Until Golden Brown, and Blot on Paper Towels. |

Mix About Half the Fried Onions Into the Casserole, and Top the Dish With the Remaining Onions. |
