It’s so fun to experiment with this basic Raita recipe. Thank you for sharing!,This is a great recipe for radish! I made this with 2% greek yogurt and radishes. Unfortunately I did not have fresh ginger, so used enough ginger powder to give a slight ginger flavour. I also used a few dashes of curry powder and a bit of salt. This would be great mixed into a garden salad, or just as it is. I will definitely make this again and again, trying many different vegetable combinations.
