Ramen Noodle- Chinese Fried rice, This is one of my oldest sons favorite meals. Nothing gourment, just quick and easy to make. You can change it up to your liking also. Use canned veggies, fresh or frozen. You can also add some meat such as chicken, beef or pork, if you like. This also doubles easily., A big hit with DD. For myself I’d need more veggies and flavor (sesame oil would be great). Some chicken breast would go to and mushrooms as well. I’ll make this again as DD was really delighted. Throw in an octupus like wiener and make the kids happy! Thanks for sharing., It was only after making this, that I realised that used to make something very similar as ‘first foods’ for my children.used to use plain egg noodle in mine, but flavour it by cooking the veggies and chicken in with them, along with a little garlic, before adding the egg and soy.Both of my children liked it then, and it still went down well with them.I enjoyed it too.
