1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 - 3 tablespoons water
2/3 cup olive oil
mozzarella cheese or parmesan cheese (optional)

    Place Mushrooms in a Medium Mixing Bowl, Set Aside.
