Raspberry Pastry Roll-Ups, This is so easy and impressive. It’s a great dessert for kids to help with and easy to dress-up for grown-up taste buds. You could substitute apricot jam, strawberry jam, or add some chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips or a couple tbs of Nutella for a decadent raspberry chocolate pastry. There are tons of possibilities! :-*edited to include reviewers suggestions*, How do you cut the pie dough into wedges?, I’m going to try making these as soon as my pie dough comes to room temperature. I saw a similar recipe using cream cheese and strawberry jam. I’m going to use cream cheese but can’t make up my mind which kind of jam to use! I don’t have raspberry, but do have blackberry or orange marmalade and even some blueberry with honey and lemon. Maybe I’ll mix it up and try all 3! Thanks for a great idea for using up my extra pie dough!! :
