However, many raw recipes can be challenging, or need special equipment. Here’s a simple one that is great for breakfast.,Quite happy with this smoothie! I added some rolled oats to the food processor to make it more hearty and I’m just into the crunch right now.,Really good. I didn’t use any frozen fruit but would freeze the cherries next time. I pitted my own (messy stuff). They were not very sweet but this still was sweet enough with the banana. used homemade unsweetened almond milk as well and a halal vanilla paste plus the sea salt. I would make this again as stated.
