Real Alfredo Sauce,Don’t know where I originally got this, but this is the best alfredo sauce I have ever had outside of a restaurant. I have made it with or without the cream cheese, and with all Parmesan, and it still turns out great. The nutmeg is essential!,This recipe is just wonderful! I didn’t have Romano cheese so I iust used a cup of shredded Parmesan. Also, added a little extra fresh garlic to it just because I love it! It is a very delicious and easy sauce to make. Want some garlic bread to go with? Just butter some bread on either side, sprinkle a little garlic powder and Parmesan cheese and let broil on each side for like a minute each. Goes great with the sauce (: ??,I was scared to try and make my own Alfredo sauce, but this was so easy. Nice and thick and creamy. I added Lemon extract and zest to make Lemon Shrimp Fettucine. My co-workers raved about it. I will only be using this recipe going forward.
