    Red Bean Tomato Salad, I had some red beans left over in a can and I invented this simple way to finish it off I liked it Lets see if anyone else will 🙂 By the way, it is one serving because I often only eat salad It probably would be enough for two if you serve it as a side dish , Brilliant!
