Red Chile-Glazed Bacon, Great for Sunday Brunch Recipe courtesy of the Brewery Gulch Inn of California Note: this bacon will not be crisp like thin-cut bacon , Delish! Very simple and very tasty DH thought that it was too sweet, but the rest of us totally enjoyed it Make sure that you spread the sugar and red pepper flakes evenly over the bacon, otherwise you end up with little ‘pockets’ of either sweet or spice
