Red Lentil Soup-Turkish Style, A nice start for lamb or serve with a salad and fresh, hot bread., Excellent red lentil soup recipe! It was simple and quick to make. We loved the flavors and the smooth consistency. I did not add the milk or lemon juice. Thank you for a winner! In a Medium Saucepan Melt Butter Over Medium Heat. |

Add Onions, Lentils and Carrots. |

Cook, Stirring Often For 5 Minutes. |

Add Paprika and Tomato Paste and Stir Well to Mix. |

Reduce Heat to Low and Cook For a Few Minutes. |
