Red Lobster Cajun Chicken Pasta,This is a copycat recipe.,I’ve never had the Red Lobster version of this, but this is amazing…and so easy! used homemade cajun spice mix and omitted the lemon pepper. used about a cup of half and half in place of the heavy cream. Stirring the al dente pasta in the sauce for a few extra minutes allows the sauce to thicken a bit due to the starch. I also added parmesan cheese and a small amount of mozzarella, just to use it up. My family loved it!,I have been going to The Red Lobster on Day Drive in Parma Ohio for over 3 years. I went with my mother when they first changed owners. I ordered the lobster bake and they said they didn’t serve it anymore however they would serve it one more time to accommodate us. The lobster bake wasn’t the same and tasted terrible. The noodles were mushy and the sauce was like water. My husband and I went again two nights ago and the food was terrible. My husband ordered the chicken fettuccini and it was like a jar fettuccini sauce & the chicken was not grilled like it used to be. It was fried. My husband loved that meal and he said it tasted like a frozen entre from the grocery store and was priced $3 more. Since then I never visited the place and was looking for a replacement. Then I stumbled upon a cook book called America’s Restaurant Recipes (bit.ly/2At7cjm) and it has the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Tried cooking it, and the recipe is super on-point. I never went to that ridiculous restaurant ever again.
