1/4 cup honey ((4 tbsp or 4 oz-start with 1 tbsp honey and add more to taste)
2 cups milk (use almond, soy, or rice milk)

    Steep(marinate) Spices in 8 Oz(1 Cup) Boiling Water That's Been Taken Off the Heat. Marinate Overnight in Fridge. Strain Out Spices from Marinade.

    Steep Rooibos Tea Leaves in 2 Cups Boiling Water For 6 Minutes. Strain Out Leaves.

    Add Honey and Strained Steeped Spice Mix to Rooibos Tea.

    Heat Milk to Just Below Boil.
