Reduced Fat Alfredo Sauce,This sauce is lower in fat than traditional Alfredo Sauce but full of flavour. Great as a side with grilled chicken or double it for a meal with meat filled pasta.,Made this as written, my family thought it was bland. Added extra garlic, some red pepper flakes and additional fresh part on top. It helped.,this tasted great and definitely does not taste low fat!! Its a good, quick recipe and would be great on zucchini noodles if you wanted it extra healthy!!
