Reduced Fat Alfredo Sauce, This sauce is lower in fat than traditional Alfredo Sauce but full of flavour Great as a side with grilled chicken or double it for a meal with meat filled pasta , Made this as written, my family thought it was bland Added extra garlic, some red pepper flakes and additional fresh part on top It helped , this tasted great and definitely does not taste low fat!!
