    *note: Whirl the Sugar in a Mini-Chopper or Blender Until Finely Ground. Basically, You've Just Prepared "superfine" Sugar at a Fraction of the Cost.

    in a Small Saucepan Over Medium Heat Combine the Sugar and Water. Cook, Stirring Until Sugar Is Dissolved and Liquid Is Clear. This Should Take Only 2-3 Minutes.

    Transfer Liquid to a Pitcher and Allow to Cool.

    Once Cooled, Stir in Lime Juice. Stir Well.

    Fill a Large Pitcher With Ice Cubes, Pour in the Simple Syrup and the Seltzer Water.
