    Strawberry Lassi, A variation on several mango lassi recipes on this site I combined a couple of things that looked good, and it came out delicious , Tasty!! used Balkan (thick) yogurt, a bit more crystallized ginger, honey instead of sugar to be more healthy, Iranian rose water (I couldn’t taste it) a bit extra spring water & no ice I’d like to try Mirj’s variation with orange blossom water next time!, It’s just the beginning of strawberrry season here in Israel and I had to jump at the chance to make one of my favorite drinks with a new twist used orange watr instead of the rose water, and pro-biotic yogurt Delicious, thanks!
