Summer Smoothie,Light and yummy, ready in a very few mins.,YUM! I made this as my after workout treat this morning. It was very good. I’ve never put grapes in a smoothie before but this worked out great. used a 4 oz cup of FF peach yogurt and used the same amount of grapes and milk. Just a touch of sugar and vanilla. I will be making this one again. Thanks.,Used considerably more than just 12 grapes (large ones, too) for this drink, & it was well worth it ~ Then I even doubled the recipe & had 2 very tall, very tasty drinks!
